Freelance Salesforce Consultant (Sales Cloud & Account Engagement) Location: Remote (French-speaking environment) Start date: 1 June 2026 Hours: 40 hours per week (initially 3 months)⚠️ Mandatory RequirementFluency in French is required. Non-French-speaking candidates will not be considered.AssignmentFor an international organisation, we are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Consultant who can take ownership of a struggling Salesforce setup and turn it into a system that actually works for the business.The company has been using Salesforce for the past four years, but adoption is low and the current setup does not meet their needs. Core sales processes are not functioning properly, and internal teams are barely using the platform.Your role will be to analyse the current environment, redefine the setup, and rebuild it into a practical and usable solution - with a strong focus on Sales.Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyse the current Salesforce environment
  • Redefine scope and structure of the platform
  • Reconfigure Salesforce, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and supporting Account Engagement
  • Improve usability and drive internal adoption, especially within Sales teams
  • Act as the go-to expert for Salesforce-related questions
  • Advise the business on best practices and optimal usage
  • Support the transformation of Sales (primary) and Marketing (secondary) processesRequirements
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) is required
  • Proven experience in configuration and scoping
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM adoption challenges
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Fluent in French (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills and high availabilityProfile
