Your profile as SuccessFactors Core HR & Data Lead

For an international organization in Zuid-Holland, I am looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Core HR & Data Lead. You will support and optimize the SuccessFactors environment, with a strong focus on Employee Central, HR data, reporting and data quality.Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize SuccessFactors Core HR processes
  • Deliver improvements in workflows, RBP, reporting and data
  • Coordinate incidents, changes and tickets
  • Perform HR data analysis and data quality checks using SQL
  • Develop HR reporting using SuccessFactors, SQL and Power BI
  • Work closely with international HR, IT and Data stakeholdersYour Profile
  • 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Time-Off and Reporting
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI
  • Experience with HR data and data quality
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
