Salesforce Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to support the ongoing evolution of a Salesforce Service Cloud environment. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working closely with stakeholders, and driving implementations from concept to delivery.Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand their challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create structure within ongoing initiatives by guiding users through the implementation process.
• Perform root cause analysis to uncover the underlying problem rather than addressing only the symptoms.
• Break down complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud using standard platform capabilities and best practices.
• Design, execute, and support testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and platform adoption.Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or Senior Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on identifying root causes and translating them into sustainable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex problems into manageable workstreams and implementation plans.
• Experience working directly with business users, facilitating workshops, and guiding implementations.
• Strong testing mindset, including validating solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Nice to Have
• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, or other AI-driven Salesforce solutions).
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.Contract Details
• Start: End of August (earlier availability is a plus)
• Initial contract: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
• Workload: 16 hours per week.
• Hybrid working model with approximately one day per week on-site.
