Location: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until April 30, 2027 Hours: 40 hours per week Hourly Rate: To be discussedAbout the AssignmentWe are urgently looking for an experienced Freelance Salesforce Developer for a full-time assignment until the end of April 2027. The main focus of this assignment is to optimize and future-proof an existing Salesforce environment, with particular emphasis on Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex Development, and reducing technical debt. You will work within a multidisciplinary team in an Agile/Scrum environment, improving existing functionalities and developing scalable custom solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex.
  • Improve existing functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Identify and reduce technical debt across the Salesforce environment.
  • Refactor and optimize existing custom code.
  • Translate functional requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum sprints.Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Excellent hands-on Apex Development skills.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience optimizing and maintaining existing Salesforce environments.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
