About the AssignmentFor an international omnichannel retail organization, we are looking for an Interim Project Manager to lead the implementation of a newly designed loyalty program across multiple European markets. The loyalty strategy, including tiers and benefits, has already been defined. The focus of this assignment is on execution and delivery: aligning multiple workstreams, coordinating teams, and ensuring a successful go-live by June/July. This is a hands-on project management role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to drive progress across marketing, tech, digital and in-store operations.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the end-to-end implementation across four key workstreams:

  • Development & implementation of a new loyalty platform
  • Loyalty program requirements & rollout
  • Website and app changes to support the new member experience
  • Marketing activation & CRM journeys
  • Visual merchandising alignment
  • In-store engagement & staff training
  • Optimization of email communications within the loyalty journeyYou will:
  • Kick off and coordinate collaboration between all involved teams
  • Own planning, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Align stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, CRM, Retail and BI
  • Drive implementation across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Support go-live activities across all countriesWhat We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience in loyalty programs within retail or e-commerce
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional, omnichannel environments
  • Structured, proactive and delivery-focused mindset
  • Able to manage complexity and drive execution
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong preferenceWe are specifically looking for someone who:
  • Is pragmatic and execution-driven
  • Actively follows up and keeps teams accountable
  • Is comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Brings structure without a corporate mindsetPractical Details
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 4 months (extension possible)
  • Availability: 32-40 hours per week
  • Hybrid working model
