René Stevens – Program Manager – Tarlunt Consulting Group
René is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in leading complex business/IT transformations and managing large project teams (ranging from 50 to 600 members). He possesses deep expertise in program management, business consultancy, and a robust IT/ERP (SAP) functional and technical background.
He began his career working for global customer organisations, optimising operations and logistics, before transitioning to consultancy roles. René has co-developed predictive models and approaches for ERP/SAP implementations. For several years, he was accountable for all ERP/SAP implementations for a large systems integrator in the Netherlands. He is accustomed to working in multinational and multicultural environments.
In 2016, René joined the Tarlunt Consulting Group, specialising in organising and leading digital (SAP) transformations to ensure success. A selection of clients he has worked with includes AkzoNobel, Cargill, Corbion, Philips, Brenntag, TomTom, Avebe, and LambWeston.
Hans Nijdeken – Program Manager - Tarlunt Consulting Group
Hans Nijdeken is an expert in driving teams to deliver successful transformation programs. He has been working for more than 20 years in sales and supply chain operations on the business side and in consulting for a global systems integrator. Since 2010, he has been working as an independent professional with wide experience in all the different aspects of leading and managing multi-cultural teams across the globe.
His key expertise is to apply his program and leadership capabilities in global operating companies. Specifically, in SAP IT leadership and Business Transformation management roles at different levels that require vision, drive, spirit and functional content knowledge (strong business integration focus). Hans also has a proven track record in turn-around management by bringing complex projects back on track within a short time frame.
Hans leads SAP programs on behalf of both end-clients (Global Fortune-500) and system integrators; Heineken, Pepsico, Wavin, SKF Sweden, Lyondelbasell, AkzoNobel, Cargill are a selection with which Hans has (had) long-term partnership
Public transport or car?
The ITO Tower is a 2-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station, so it’s easily accessible by public transport. If you travel by car, navigate to one of the (paid!) public parking spaces nearby. The ITO Tower doesn’t have its own parking.
