Everything you should know about this event

This meetup covers two connecting topics focused on implementing MS Dynamics ERP and CRM.

First, Jan-Wrister Bouwman guides us through an MS D365 ERP/CRM implementation and its pitfalls. Comparing the process to a diamond with many facets - such as data migration, training, and change - that must all be polished. Using practical examples, he discusses key areas and highlights common mistakes.

Next, Olaf Broeders, an experienced Change Manager within Microsoft Dynamics, demonstrates how to make ERP/CRM adoption measurable. As measuring adoption rates enables you to assess the success of your implementation. Olaf uses qualitative data, quantitative data and user cases to show the potential impact of user adoption and how to measure it.

Our speakers tailor their narration to each other, ensuring a seamless transition between their topics. Just as it should be in practice.
