As part of a larger international ecosystem, the organization offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact.The Role:Following an internal career move, we are looking for an Organization & Improvement Manager to join the People & Organization team.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping a more agile, efficient and future-ready organization. You will lead initiatives focused on organizational transformation, process optimization and improved ways of working across different functions and countries.Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the organization, you will translate strategic priorities into concrete improvement plans, drive implementation and ensure sustainable adoption of change.You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on project management to help the organization evolve.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives, including operating model design, role clarification, governance improvements and implementation.
  • Drive strategic cross-functional programs such as integration projects, digital transformation initiatives, system implementations and Group-wide improvement programs.
  • Analyse and optimize processes, workflows and ways of working to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Create transparency around organizational structures, responsibilities and workload distribution to support fact-based decision-making.
  • Engage stakeholders across functions and countries to build alignment and ensure successful adoption of change.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions, automation and data-driven approaches to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the P&O Director, supporting organizational reviews, budgeting activities and other transversal initiatives.The Ideal CandidateYou are an analytical and pragmatic professional who enjoys improving organizations, challenging the status quo and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.You have:
  • A master's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • The curiosity and autonomy to explore new topics and find solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • A passion for organizational development, process optimization and transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
