SAP Successfactors ECP

For one of our industrial clients, we are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Expert on a freelance basis. You will support the implementation and optimization of payroll processes within a hybrid SAP SuccessFactors landscape, ensuring seamless integration between Employee Central and Payroll while maintaining compliance with local regulations.Your Responsibilities:

• Creation of functional and technical specifications within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll environment
• Configuration and customization of payroll schemas, rules, and wage types in ECP
• Analysis and implementation of improvements identified during workshops with HR and payroll stakeholders
• Execution of payroll simulations, parallel runs, and testing cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Bug fixing and issue resolution during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support integration between Employee Central and Payroll, including replication of master data
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of payroll interfaces and middleware integrations
• Documentation of payroll processes, configurations, and implemented solutionsYour Profile:
• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant / Expert
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central integration
• Experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll control center (PCC)
• Solid understanding of Employee Central master data and data replication to ECP
• Experience with integration frameworks (e.g., SAP CPI or other middleware)
• Experience with payroll testing cycles, including parallel payroll runs
• Knowledge of local payroll regulations (preferably Germany or EU countries)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsFramework Conditions:Start: ASAP Location: Düsseldorf (Hybrid) Language: German and English
