SAP EWM specialists

For a valued client of Eswelt, I'm looking for Spanish-speaking SAP EWM Consultants, preferably based in the Barcelona area, to support the crucial hypercare phase following a recent S/4HANA go-live implementation.
In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that the client's business and warehouse teams are well supported in their daily operations during this critical post-go-live period. As the business begins to utilize the newly implemented SAP EWM system, your main focus will be on helping users adapt to the new processes and providing hands-on operational support. This includes resolving any day-to-day system issues, guiding end-users (especially warehouse staff) through the functionalities of SAP EWM, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Troubleshooting and problem-solving: You will be the first point of contact for resolving issues or system errors that may arise in SAP EWM. Your expertise will be key in diagnosing and fixing technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the warehouse operations.
* Training and knowledge transfer: A significant part of the role involves working closely with the warehouse and business users to ensure they are comfortable with using the SAP EWM system. This includes providing training, answering user questions, and making sure the staff can handle the system's functionalities confidently..
* Incident management: You will work with the client's support team to track and manage incidents, helping to ensure issues are documented, resolved in a timely manner, and communicated back to the business effectively.

Duration: 6 months with option to extend
Location: on-site in Barcelona area
Hours: 40 hours per week
