SAP Change Management Consultant

We are currently looking for a freelance SAP Change Management Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate with program and project teams to deliver business-ready change management strategies.

Responsibilities

* Partner with programme and project colleagues to design and deliver change management strategies and activities to a business-ready standard.
* Contribute to change workstreams supporting IT Program and Project Managers.
* Collaborate across business functions to align change initiatives with the client's broader transformation objectives.
* Create a culture that fosters engagement, connection, high performance, and personal development among team members.

Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in Change Management roles, preferably within SAP transformation programs.
* Experience working within large-scale global organizations or complex stakeholder environments.
* Familiarity with environmental reporting systems or sustainability-related IT transformations.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Starting Date: June 2025.
Contract Duration: until 31-12-2025, with the option to extend.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: Zuid-Holland (hybrid).
