Freelance Salesforce Tester (Manual & Automation Testing)Location: North Brabant. HybridStart Date: July 1st, 2026Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extensionHours: 40 hours per weekLanguage: English speaking environmentAssignmentFor a major client of mine, I am looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. This is an expansion of the existing Scrum team, with a strong focus on ensuring quality across all Salesforce developments and releases.You will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of developers, Salesforce admins, consultants, business analysts, and a Product Owner. Within this team, you will play a key role in critically testing new functionalities and improving the overall testing process.Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing within the Salesforce environment
  • Set up, maintain, and improve automated tests
  • Test new Salesforce functionalities and releases
  • Support developers during development and release cycles
  • Think critically about edge cases, user scenarios, and system behavior
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities within the platform
  • Collaborate closely with developers, consultants, admins, and business stakeholdersRequired Skills
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester
  • Strong experience with manual testing in complex environments
  • Experience with test automation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Proactive mindset and comfortable asking critical questions
  • Someone who looks beyond standard test scenarios
  • Able to challenge developers on quality and stability
  • Experience with SAP testing tools is a plusTeam & EnvironmentYou will work in a Scrum team of approximately 10 to 15 specialists, including developers, Salesforce admins, consultants, business analysts, and a Product Owner.Practical Information
