Freelance Salesforce Field Service & Service Cloud Consultant Luxembourg (on site, some flexibility) English ⏱ 40 hours per week (full time initially, with potential scale down later) Start: ASAPWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Field Service.A large Salesforce solution has recently been implemented, but the current setup is not yet fully aligned with business needs. The core functionalities (Field Service and ticketing) are live, however further optimization and configuration are required.A key challenge lies in the integration with Microsoft Business Central, particularly ensuring that customer creation is correctly synchronized.Responsibilities

• Hands on configuration within Service Cloud and Field Service
• Optimize existing setup and business processes
• Ensure proper data synchronization with Business Central
• Support improvements in the overall architecture
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties, including SalesforceRequirements
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service
• Strong hands on configuration skills
• Experience with integrations (MuleSoft is a plus)
• Ability to step into an existing and partially implemented environment
• Strong communication skills in English
