Your profile as Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Freelance Salesforce Consultant to join our team on-site starting early May. This is a functional role focused on business analysis and building smart solutions using Salesforce Flows. The assignment will last 6 months, with a possibility of extension, and requires availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
Location: On-site (Netherlands - exact location upon request)
Start Date: Early May 2025
Duration: 6 months (option to extend)
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Language: English (Dutch is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
*
Design and build scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and declarative tools
*
Configure and customize Salesforce (mainly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
*
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and user experience
*
Provide documentation, training, and support to users
*
Ensure best practices are followed for configuration and data integrity

Requirements:

*
3+ years of experience as a functional Salesforce Consultant
*
Strong hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools
*
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant)
*
Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Comfortable working on-site with the team

Nice to Have:

*
Experience with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud implementation
*
Background in change management or user adoption
*
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
