Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to support a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team working with Salesforce and Conga. You will own all QA and testing activities across agile sprints, platform enhancements, and system upgrades-ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance of the CLM solution.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end QA activities across the development lifecycle
  • Plan, document, and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing
  • Estimate testing effort during sprint planning and refinement
  • Create and maintain test scripts and test plans
  • Manage defects (tracking, retesting, validation) via Jira
  • Deliver test reports, documentation, and formal sign-offs
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders across regions
  • Support sprint demos and release documentation
  • Identify and support test automation initiativesYour Profile
  • Proven experience as a QA Test Lead
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (Classic & Lightning)
  • Hands-on experience with Conga CLM / Apttus
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware) and tools like DocuSign
  • Solid background in test management, scripting, and data migration testing
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira
  • Strong understanding of contract processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independentlyWhat You'll Deliver
