Interim Salesforce Business Analyst Contract | 3 months (extension possible) | Start ASAP For a confidential client, we are looking for an experienced Interim Salesforce Business Analyst for a critical interim assignment while a permanent hire process is underway. This role has a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, specifically supporting customer service case management (CS Case Management) and customer master data processes. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to bring structure, pace, and clarity to ongoing initiatives. Key responsibilities

  • Drive business analysis activities across Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements
  • Support and optimise customer service case management workflows
  • Work on customer master data processes and related business requirements
  • Manage backlog priorities and support Agile delivery teams
  • Facilitate sprint planning and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Align stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure smooth deliveryRequirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with customer service / CS case management processes
  • Experience with customer master data / CRM data domains
  • Strong Agile / Scrum delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to start ASAPEngagement details
  • Initial contract: 3 months
  • Extension possible
  • Minimum 2 days per week on-site
