Urgently searching for a Salesforce Business Analyst for one of my clients!
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions within an agile environment. Working closely with Product Owners and Solution Engineers, you translate high-level business questions into clear processes, solution designs, and functional and technical requirements. Your focus is on delivering technically sound, high-quality solutions that create real value for end users.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing, clarifying, and guiding complex business and IT-related questions within your domain
*
Organizing and facilitating workshops to move from analysis to solution
*
Defining functional and technical requirements in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Solution Engineer
*
Organizing and leading (pre-)refinement sessions to prepare work for development
*
Being closely involved during execution and safeguarding quality throughout delivery
*
Acting as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact
*
Representing and safeguarding stakeholder interests through continuous alignment
*
Assessing change requests and performing impact analyses together with architecture and information management stakeholders
Your Profile
You are a specialist in process analysis and optimization and thrive in complex IT environments. You are analytical, structured, and results-driven, and you are a confident discussion partner for both business and IT stakeholders.
You bring:

HBO / WO level of working and thinking
*
Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst or IT analysis role, preferably within a complex IT landscape with multiple stakeholders
*
A structured, accurate, and methodical way of working
*
Knowledge of (Scaled) Agile ways of working and process optimization (Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus)
*
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (B2/C1 level)
Technology & Domain
The role supports digital solutions for a Direct Sales business model. While the position is largely platform-agnostic, Salesforce is the primary platform within this domain. Experience with Salesforce capabilities and architecture is therefore a strong advantage. Relevant Salesforce clouds include:

Hands-on configuration skills are not required. Technical knowledge is expected at a high level, not operational.
Practical Details

Availability: 32-40 hours per week (preference for full-time)
*
Contract duration: Initial 3 months, with option to extend
*
Start date: As soon as possible
*
Working model: Hybrid - on-site on Mondays and Thursdays, remote on other days
*
Languages: Dutch and English
