ERP & CRM Business AnalistFor a client, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Salesforce and ERP processes. You will be working in a dynamic and sometimes complex environment where bringing structure and delivering quality are essential.Profile

• Experience as a Product Owner or experienced Business Analyst
• Proven experience with Salesforce (Experience Cloud is a plus)
• Proven knowledge of ERP processes (in manufacturing is a plus)
• Strong in structuring and documenting (high-quality written output)
• Resilient, independent, and not easily distractedRole & Responsibilities
• Translate and further elaborate business requirements
• Create solution designs and prepare backlog items
• Strengthen the product management team
• Work closely with the Product Manager (division of tasks will be determined together)
• Contribute to processes around order-to-cash, production, and logistics operationsPractical Information
• Start: as soon as possible
• Commitment: at least 32 hours per week
• Duration: contract until the end of the year
• Location: at least 2 days per week onsite
