Your profile as Projectmanager D365 CRM/CE

For a client, I am looking for an experienced D365 CRM, Project Manager with extensive knowledge/experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.

What will you do?
As Project Manager, you are the connecting factor between different teams and stakeholders. You ensure that the business needs of the customer are translated into technical solutions and supervise the execution of projects. You will lead three projects. The stakeholders here are Business Process Owners, the CRM team (internal) and the external consultants from the softwaresuppliers. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of three major projects, in which CRM plays a crucial role.


Projects you will be working on

AI / Machine Learning Tool: Development of a tool that calculates optimal margins within CRM.
*
Business Unit Implementation: Implementation of a new business unit in the CRM system.
*
A business unit (re)implementation: Gather input for a better solution for the US division, possibly redesigning processes.


What do you bring?

*
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager with experience within D365 CRM projects. MUST
*
Multiple years experience as a CRM Project Manager within international companies.
*
Extensive knowledge of CRM modules and processes, with focus on Sales, Marketing and Service.
*
Experience managing technical teams and collaborating with external vendors.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly switch between different stakeholders.
*
Hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Flexibility and assertiveness: you can act immediately without waiting for complete certainty.
*
It is essential that you provide peace of mind within teams.
