On behalf of our end client, we are looking for an experienced Process Manager with in-depth knowledge of Workday. In this role, you will join the HR Shared Services (HRSS) department and work within an international team responsible for managing, optimizing, and further developing Workday as a global HR system.
Your responsibilities
As a Workday Process Manager, you will be responsible for the functional management and continuous improvement of various Workday modules. You will translate organizational needs into practical solutions, enhance user experience, and ensure data quality. Key tasks include:

Managing, configuring, and optimizing Workday modules: HCM, Onboarding, Timetracking, Absence, and Performance Management
*
Translating HR and business requirements into customer-focused solutions within Workday
*
Enhancing usability and impact of Workday across international user groups
*
Ensuring data quality through analyses, reporting, and building calculated fields
*
Supporting colleagues with incidents, configuration requests, and reporting needs
*
Executing projects and change requests related to Workday configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support
*
Contributing to system integrations, including the interface between Workday and AFAS Payroll (go-live planned for summer 2025)
Your profile
We are looking for a self-starting professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive, structured approach. You bring:

At least 5 years of experience as a Workday specialist, including a minimum of 2 years in an operational role
*
Solid knowledge of multiple Workday modules (HCM, Onboarding, Timetracking, Absence, Performance Management)
*
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and building calculated fields
*
A results-oriented and structured working style
*
Experience in a complex, international environment
*
A completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in IT, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or engineering
*
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
*
An analytical, pragmatic mindset with a collaborative and independent working style
Indicative workload distribution

30%: Projects (design, configuration, testing, implementation, aftercare)
*
20%: Change requests (minor changes, handled independently)
*
20%: Team support (serving as a subject matter expert)
*
30%: Incident and request handling (via mailbox, Workday, or Topdesk)
