Who are you as a Salesforce Technical Consultant?

As Salesforce Technical Consultant, you play a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining the Salesforce Service Cloud environment. You will work closely with two Developers, an Architect and a Tech lead. The team is looking for a Salesforce Specialist who is proactive, eager to learn things and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

* Retrieve requirements from the business and identify needs;
* Design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions;
* Combination of development (80%) and management (20%);
* Supervise and train end users;
* Programming with Apex and LWC.

Requirements:

* Independently implement configurations;
* Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions;
* Thorough knowledge of Service Cloud;
* Retail knowledge is a plus;
* English, Dutch is a plus.
