Your profile as Integration Lead

The integration lead is responsible to monitor the progress and delivery of the solutions in line with the project's timeline. The candidates is able to bridge the gap between the waterfall and Agile approaches and is deadline driven.

Deliverables:

* Definition of key deliverables in the detailed project plan
* Align deliverables and planning with the three agile development teams
* Planning the full solution delivery cycle
* Plan and control the plan execution
* Execution of pro-active risk and issue management

Skillsets, experience, attitudes:

* Expert in planning and control
* Solid experience with both Agile and waterfall methodologies
* Pro-active
* Communicative
* Strong due diligence and control (of execution of the plan)
