Ready to turn HR transformation into action? HR-IT implementations often reveal what has been hidden for years: inconsistent processes and unclear ownership. Discover how to fix the foundations and build practical, scalable solutions that actually work.
HR transformation sounds straightforward, until systems expose the cracks. During this meetup, you’ll learn how HR-IT implementations reveal process gaps, unclear ownership and hidden complexity. At the same time, AI is high on every agenda, but few organisations know how to turn ideas into action. What HR-IT implementations reveal about your HR processes
HR-IT implementations often expose issues that organizations have long been able to avoid, such as inconsistent processes, exceptions, and unclear ownership. In practice, these issues tend to remain in the background or are resolved informally. However, digital transformation forces organizations to address them more explicitly and make decisions on matters that were previously postponed. The session provides hands-on guidance for everyone involved in digital HR transformations.
During this session you’ll discover
From knowing to building: closing the HR AI execution gap
The pressure on HR to transform with AI is rising, but most are struggling to make it happen. HR people know what problems need fixing; they just don't know how to build the tech to fix them.
That gap between knowing and doing is the problem. This session shows how to bridge it: how to get the people who understand the work talking to the people who can build the tools, andhow to use a simple, repeatable process to solve the right problems.
