Topics

What HR-IT implementations reveal about your HR processes

HR-IT implementations often expose issues that organizations have long been able to avoid, such as inconsistent processes, exceptions, and unclear ownership. In practice, these issues tend to remain in the background or are resolved informally. However, digital transformation forces organizations to address them more explicitly and make decisions on matters that were previously postponed. The sessionprovideshands-on guidance for everyone involved in digital HR transformations.

 During this session you’ll discover

  • That technology doesn’t fix broken processes, it exposes them
  • The real challenge is ownership and decision-making, not the system
  • HR systems rely on standardized processes, but you need to know when to deviate.

From knowing to building: closing the HR AI execution gap

The pressure on HR to transform with AI is rising, but most are struggling to make it happen. HR people know what problems need fixing; they just don't know how to build the tech to fix them.
That gap between knowing and doing is the problem. This session shows how to bridge it: how to get the people who understand the work talking to the people who can build the tools, andhow to use a simple, repeatable process to solve the right problems.

 During this session you’ll discover

  • WhymostHR + AI projects fizzle out before they make a realdifference.
  • Whatshiftswhenyoustopautomatingindividualtasksandstartrethinkinghowentireprocessesworkend-to-end.
  • How to get HR teamsinvolved,so their real-world knowledge gets turned into something that scales.

Public transport or car?

The ITO Tower is just a 2-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid station, making it easily accessible by public transport. Prefer to come by car? To avoid high parking fees in the nearest car parks, consider options like De Boelelaan or services such as Parkbee or Mobian (park & bike) – instead of navigating to the nearest commercial car parks. The ITO Tower does not offer its own parking.

How to get to the venue?

The address Gustav Mahlerplein 76 directs you to Vibe Group. As part of Vibe Group, Eswelt is also located here.
